FC Isle of Man held on Merseyside
A late debut goal from Ethan Hawley saw FC Isle of Man earn a 1-1 draw at Lower Breck in the NWCFL Premier Division last night (9 November).
The Ravens trailed early with Lower Breck's Paul Mooney scoring a free-kick from well inside his own half to give the hosts the lead on eight minutes.
On a frustrating night for the Manx side, they salvaged a point with just four minutes of normal time remaining with Hawley striking just minutes after coming on for his first appearance for the club.
Speaking to FC Isle of Man's official channel at full-time, Manager Paul Jones believes his side deserved something from a contest where they weren't at their best:
