At the event in Wales, Knighter finished second on Saturday and third on Sunday in wet conditions - he was competing in the E2 class having last won the E3 class in 2006 before tackling the Grand National Cross-Country series in the United States.
Making his debut at a World Enduro was older brother Juan who produced two solid 13th positions in the E3 class.
