
A Manx double and history made in the process ensured Manx Grand Prix 2008 was rounded off in some style.
In winning the Ultra-Lightweight race, Daniel Kneen (pictured) recorded his third victory of his debut MGP and the 21 year-old carved his name into the record books by becoming the first rider to win three MGP events in one week.
He finished a clear 25.71 seconds ahead of from Kirk Farrow with Ross Johnson, in third (audio file attached):
Meanwhile, Dan Sayle, a multiple TT winner as Dave Molyneux's sidecar passenger, made it a Manx double with victory in the Lightweight class, finishing 8.21 seconds in front of Nigel Moore with Neil Kent taking third.
