Kennaugh fails to finish in Belgium

It was an unhappy return to action for Manx rider Peter Kennaugh who failed to finish La Fleche Wallonne in Belgium this afternoon.

Kennaugh - who rides for Team Sky, had been out of action with a joint injury.

Alejandro Valverde was the eventual race winner, recording his second successive victory at the one-day event.
