Manx competitor received accolade in Manchester earlier this month
One of the Isle of Man's karting competitors has scooped a prestigious award in the sport.
At the 2023 Ultimate Karting Championship (UKC) Awards evening in Manchester earlier this month (6 January) at the Concorde Conference Centre, Jay Pearson became the recipient of the 2023 UKC People's Choice Award.
It's his second UKC accolade in the last two years having also been recognised as the UKC Most Improved Driver in 2022.
For the 2024 campaign, Pearson will be competing alongside some of the best drivers in the world in the Senior Rotax with Sam Pollitt Racing (SPR).
