Georgia Halsall follows in family footsteps to win title

The new junior champion has been crowned in a sport that many might not realise is played competitively on the Island.

It's ideal for this time of year and some may have happy and/or physically painful memories of playing the game as a kid.

Every year, the Braaid Hall plays host to the Isle of Man Conker Championships.

Georgia Halsall was crowned this year's junior winner, following in the footsteps of sister Jessica Halsall who took home the title in previous years.
