Ramsey booked their place with a 6-1 success over lower division Celts.
Sarah Breen was the star with a hat-trick with the prolific Ollie Webster, Dan Stevens and Sam Corkill grabbing the others.
Paul Kelly scored the consolation for battling Celts.
And Falcons ended the cup run of Bacchas B with a 5-0 triumph, courtesy of doubles from Connor Byrne and Kim Carney, plus one from Andrew Harding.
The Tuftex Trophy will be contested between Harlequins and Bacchas D.
Pete Nuttall notched a hat-trick as ‘Quins defeated Division Two champions Cammags 5-1.
Pete Foster and Ali Millichap scored the others with Elaine Wiseman replying for Cammags.
Meanwhile, the experienced Dave Kneale was another treble star as he led Bacchas D to a 3-1 victory over Valkyrs D, for whom Tim Groves scored.
Groves also scored in Division One to help Valkyrs C to a 4-2 win over Bacchas C.
David Hall, Charlie Griffiths and Neil Shimmin netted the others with Mark Perryman and Mark Parsons scoring for Bacchas.
It means Bacchas C will now meet Division Two champions Cammags in a play-off to determine who plays in the higher league next season.
Congratulations to Vandals who clinched the Division Four title with a 4-1 win over Valkyrs Colts, courtesy of goals from Ewan Heap (two), Rebecca Jacobs and Danielle Coombes.
Peter Richardson, Paul Cannan and Chris Wells were the scorers as Ramsey Robins were 3-1 winners against the Bacchas Academy, for whom Alex Bell found the net.
