Manx Harriers' Kevin Loundes made it a hat-trick of victories - and four wins out of the last five - at the Isle of Man Cross Country Championships yesterday.
He finished 45 seconds ahead of 2010 winner Lloyd Taggart on the Glen Lough course, which had been turned into a quagmire by the weekend rain.
Alan Corlett was third.
Meanwhile in the women's race Manx Harriers' Rachael Franklin broke Jackie Lee's three-year stranglehold on the event as she finished 34 seconds ahead of Rebecca Wallace.
Gail Griffiths was third, Lee fourth.
