Improved Vagabonds lose at league leaders

Women’s Championship NorthTwo leaders Darlington were too strong for Vagabonds who went down 36-0 after a tough journey.

Skipper Alana McCaughen praised her side’s performance, which was much improved from the previous week against much tougher opposition.

Vagas are now seven points adrift at the foot of the table and have just four games left to pick up the points they need to avoid relegation.
