Manx Radio's election coverage continues this evening (Wednesday) with a live debate involving the five candidates in Peel.
The 'Sunset City' has been transformed in recent years, with new housing estates, a marina and an economic revival.
But the boom time has come with problems, which might be issues at next week's general election.
Sam Knight, from the town's Manx Heritage Transport Museum, says housing in particular has created new pressures (listen to audio file below):
In alphabetical order, the five candidates in Peel are Tim Crookall, Rodger Gimbert, Raymond Harmer, Leslie Hanson and Arran Kaighin.
The constituency debate, with Roger Watterson in the chair, starts just after 6pm, and is repeated on FM at 8.05 tomorrow.
Polling day is Thursday, September 29.
