The draw for the Craig's Heartstrong Foundation Hospital Cup semi-finals was made live on Manx Radio on Monday morning.
Ramsey face St George's and Rushen will play Old Boys.
The matches will take place on Sunday, May 1.
Ramsey against St George's will kick off at 2pm, and Rushen against Old Boys will kick off at 5pm.
