Manx Powerlifting sets out targets for 2023 and beyond
There are hopes to make powerlifting an officially recognised sport on the Isle of Man for the future.
It's one of the goals Manx Powerlifting as an organisation has identified after it held its first ever AGM last month.
The Island athletes had a memorable end to 2022 - taking 21 medals at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in New Zealand in December.
Manx Powerlifting member, Jo Corr, explains how productive their first AGM was and what is already on the horizon for the organisation in 2023:
Hockey: Sienna Dunn confirmed in 2026 England Under-21 squad
TT 2026: Tim Reeves to make return in sidecar class
Boxing: Jade Burden confirms first title fight in April
