Tournament returning after three-year absence this weekend
The Isle of Man Men's hockey squad will be hunting success when they make their return to a national tournament for the first time in three years.
A 16-man team will be involved in the County Championships at Neston South Wirral Hockey Club this Saturday and Sunday (7-8 May).
It'll be the first time the championships have been held since 2019 and sees 15 different counties competing in two divisions.
The winners and runners-up in each pool will qualify for the semi-finals and finals to be played at Nottingham Hockey Centre on Saturday, 28 May
The Manx side will be taking part in the B Division (Pool 4) with their first test against Durham at 4pm tomorrow (7 May).
They'll then face a double-header the following day, firstly against Cheshire at 9am before taking on Northumberland at 1pm.
