Four trophies decided on final day of 2026 season
Bacchas Hockey Club claimed a trio of cup silverware during the second and final day of the 2026 Isle of Man hockey cup finals weekend on Saturday (25 April).
Four more trophies were decided on the day at the NSC in Douglas with the Douglas-based club scooping three of the honours on offer.
Bacchas Men's A added to their Men's Premier League title by securing the Men's Cup, beating rivals, Vikings A 6-5 on penalty strokes following an entertaining 3-3 draw in normal time.
Elsewhere, Bacchas Men's B were equally successful as they swept to a commanding 8-0 win over Castletown Men's B in the Men's Plate final - their second trophy of the campaign after also bagging the Men's Division One crown.
There was also success for the club in the Ladies Plate final as Bacchas Ladies B were 5-1 winners over Valkyrs Ladies B.
The other contest which took place last Saturday was the showdown for the Men's Bowl, which Vikings C went on to win after a 4-2 victory over Bacchas Men's C.
In total, six trophies were decided over the course of last weekend with two other finals - the Ladies Bowl and Ladies Cup - decided a day earlier on Friday, 24 April.
