The Isle of Man may have lost cricket's European Under-19 Division Two final against Denmark yesterday (Tuesday), but there has been great praise for the way the tournament was organised and run.
The Manx dismissed favourites Denmark for 140 at King William's College, but the batting reply failed to get started with the home side eventually being bowled out for 80.
Some consolation for the disappointment on the field came from International Cricket Council tournament director Chris Porter:
