Manx driver Mark Higgins has become the first Patron of Rally Isle of Man.
He holds the record for the most victories at the event, five in all, with the first one coming in 2000.
At his home event, Higgins is also the only competitor to achieve wins in Formula 2, World and Production cars.
After missing out last year, Rally Isle of Man returns to Manx tarmac in September and will run alongside the Duke Stages Rally.
