MSR encourages all to get out strolling for health benefits
Do you like walking? Do you also like talking? If you do, then MSR could have something for you.
Next week will see the start of its Green Walk and Talk programme, which aims to highlight the benefits of getting out and about while having a natter.
The sessions start on Friday 7 May and will run every week for 15 weeks through summer.
