Vagabonds beat Heaton Moor 20-13 at Ballafletcher and climbed a place in the table in the process.

They now sit in sixth place in the Cheshire (South) standings.

Joe Louw and Ryan Pope both crossed for Vagas with a penalty try making up the total.

Leigh Kennaugh added a penalty and a conversion as his side closed in on the top five.

The match between Eagle and Ramsey was abandoned following a serious injury to an Eagle player.

Eagle were leading 12-3 at the time.

While formal confirmation has yet to be received, it’s likely the result could stand.

Fintan Cummins was on target with a penalty for Ramsey’s three points.
