Island player has first full card on tour for 2026
Isle of Man professional golfer, Ana Dawson has gotten her 2026 campaign on the Ladies European Tour underway.
The former Peel competitor has finished in tied-62nd spot at five-over-par on the Ford Women's NSW Open in Australia which was held from Thursday to Sunday last week (26 February - 1 March).
Of the four rounds which took place, Dawson's best session came on round three where she completed to the Wollongong Golf Club course one-under-par on a score of 70.
Elsewhere, the opening phase saw the Island player finish one-over-par (70); round two on par (71) and the fourth and final stage five-over-par (76).
Overall, she went on to finish 21 shots off the pace of eventual tournament winner, Agatha Laisne of France (16-under-par).
For this year, Dawson has earned her first ever full card on the tour after securing a top-20 finish at the Ladies European Tour 'Q-School' in Morocco in December 2025.
During the previous campaign, she only featured on the full LET roster twice, predominantly appearing on the LET Access Series.
