Southern side successfully defend crown at Rowany
Castletown have been crowned champions of this year's Isle of Man Golf Scratch League.
The southern side retain their crown after managing to beat Comis at Mount Murray by four matches to two during the 2025 final held on Monday, 28 July at the neutral venue of Rowany Golf lub.
As a result, Castletown will have the opportunity to represent the Island at the England Golf Champion Club event at The Oaks Golf Club in Yorkshire from 20-21 September.
That tournament sees every county association affiliated to England Golf nominate one club to take part in both the men's and women's tournaments each year.
Elsewhere in the Isle of Man Scratch League last week, Peel ran out winners over King Edward Bay in the plate competition.
Isle of Man Golf Union Limited is thanking Rowany for providing the facilities for the matches to take place.
