George sisters qualify in China

Aalin and Kirsten George have safely qualified at the World Archery Youth Championships in China.

Competing for Great Britain in the Compound Cadet class, Kirsten finished qualification in 6th place with older sister Aalin in 8th.

Conditions today at the venue in Wuxi were very testing with strong winds blowing throughout.

The Head-to-Head knockouts take place tomorrow.

The Great Britain team of the George sisters and Rebecca Lennon from Northern Ireland have been seeded third for the team competition later in the week.
