Future of Bowl still uncertain

The possibility of The Bowl being "mothballed" emerged in Tynwald this morning.

At the start of the month, Douglas Corporation voted 10-6 to pull out from spending £1.7 million as its share in a joint redevelopment scheme with the Isle of Man Government.

The venue was to host the rugby sevens tournament at the 2011 Commonwealth Youth Games.
