Catherine Reid, 17, won bronze in Colombia
The future is very bright indeed for athlete Catherine Reid.
That's the view of Isle of Man Sport Performance Coordinator Chris Quine following a bronze medal for the 17 year-old from Port St. Mary at the IAAF World Youth Games in Colombia.
Reid set a new 400m Island record of 52.25 seconds.
Chris Quine says Catherine Reid is an outstanding talent with plenty of determination to succeed.
