Four Manx athletes to compete in Muller British Athletics Championships

Four Manx athletes are rubbing shoulders with the stars this weekend in the UK British Athletics Championships and Olympic trials in Manchester.

Sarah Astin is set to compete in the 5000m tomorrow afternoon at 3:30; it will be her debut in an Olympic trial.

In the 5000m Walk, Tom Partington will be putting pedal to the metal in the men's race at 1:25pm, with Erika Kelly doing the same in the women's at 1:55pm.  

Meanwhile, competing today in the Javelin is up-and-coming teen Joe Harris; his event gets underway at 5:24pm.
