Governor’s Athletic won 3-1 at Michael

St Mary’s and Corinthians saw off St John’s and Laxey respectively in extra-time thrillers.
The other preliminary round tie saw a bit of history created as Governor’s Athletic won 3-1 at Michael – their first ever victory in a Manx cup competition.
