Eric Hill double inspires comeback over Ramsey
Laxey have claimed the first Under-18's silverware of the year after a 2-1 victory over Ramsey in the Under-18's League Cup final last night (28 February).
Both sides came into Wednesday evening's contest at The Bowl in contrasting situations in the Under-18's League standings.
Whilst Ramsey began the day as joint league-leaders, Laxey sit ten points behind the northerners in sixth.
Last night saw Ramsey take a first-half lead before a double from Eric Hill in the second period turn things around to hand Laxey victory.
For his goalscoring exploits, Hill also earned the player of the match award.
The Isle of Man FA is thanking referees, coaches, players and spectators for their efforts and support.
