Both sides separated at the top of the table on goal difference
Both Corinthians and Onchan have continued their strong starts to their respective campaigns following the latest Isle of Man women's football clashes.
During the two ties which took place on Sunday (2 November), Corinthians maintained their position at the top of the table with a commanding 9-2 win over Douglas Royal at Ballafletcher.
A Milly Dawson hat-trick; two goals apiece for Holly Stephen and Chloe Teare and then strikes from Samantha Crowe and Kayleigh-Dee Corrin means Corinthians remain top of the charts on goal difference.
Caitlyn Smith and Kayleigh Georgeson provided the two goals Douglas Royal were able to muster.
Elsewhere, a close encounter at the Nivison Stadium saw Onchan earn a narrow 3-2 win over Malew to make sure 'The O's' stay second and only behind Corinthians on goal difference.
The southern visitors led at half-time courtesy of a Rosabel Cardy strike before a quick-fire Onchan double through Heidi Gatsby and Poppy Gerrard put the hosts ahead.
Ashleigh Lachenicht then pulled Malew level before Gerrard grabbed a second and Onchan's third in the 87th minute to see the home side take all three points.
Meanwhile, Peel were awarded a home walkover and three points on Sunday as their opponents, Union Mills were unable to field a team.
