Mark Cavendish won the tenth stage of the Giro d'Italia today (Tuesday).
The 'Manx Missile' timed his sprint finish to perfection, staying on great rival Alessandro Petacchi's wheel until he was ready to launch his bid for the line.
The victory came after he reportedly suffered a puncture about 50 kilometres from the finish.
It was Cav's first stage victory at this year's event, but his sixth in all at the Italian grand tour.
