Fireman's Run in Ramsey this evening

The fourth of six Ramsey Bakery Fireman's runs takes place this evening.

High numbers have competed in the first three rounds last October, November and December.

There is a choice of a one or three lap race or 1.7 miles or five miles if you prefer that in distances.

Runners need to 16 and over on the day of the race.

Sign-on at the Ramsey Fire Station from 6pm for a 7pm start - a reminder to wear hi-viz and that all headphones are banned.
