Final four decided in golf championships

The semi-final line-up for this year's Grant Thornton Manx Golf Championship is now known.

Paul Lowey beat Jamie Arneil in their quarter-final tie last night by 7 and 6.

In the other matches Tom Gandy beat Daniel Bell 1 up, Davy Jones won against Mike Rae 4 and 3 and Gary Wilson got the better of 12-year-old Herman Loebser 3 and 2.

Tonight's semi-finals, again at Peel Golf Club, pit Tom Gandy against Davy Jones and Paul Lowey against Gary Wilson.
