FC Isle of Man start 2025 against Glossop North End

The Ravens host the Hillmen at the Bowl this evening

FC Isle of Man will be hoping to make a winning start to 2025 when they host Glossop North End in the North West Counties Premier Division this evening.

The Ravens head into the fixture off the back of a last-gasp 3-2 win over FC St Helens last time out, which ended a run of four matches without a win.

Recent form has seen Paul Jones's side slip outside the playoff places to eighth in the table, but victory would put pressure on those ahead of them as they sit just one point behind fifth-placed West Didsbury & Chorlton.

The visitors head to the Island following back-to-back defeats over the festive period.

The Hillmen, managed by former York City and Crawley Town striker Richard Brodie, had been enjoying a strong run prior to Christmas though, winning three straight matches.

The Ravens will need to keep a close eye on in-form Glossop striker Kyle Worsley, who's found the back of the net four times in the team's last five outings.

Kickoff this evening is at 6pm, with live commentary on Manx Radio's AM frequency and digital platforms.
