Border restrictions halt local club
FC IOM will no longer compete in the 2020/21 FA Vase due to local border restrictions.
Following talks with government, the club has decided they're unable to play the fixture, which was set to be against AFC Liverpool, and have withdrawn from the comp, setting their sights on next season's FA Vase instead.
FC IOM made the announcement last night, also commenting on their current stance on upcoming matches in the Northwest Counties Football League Division One (South).
The club says they are in active dialogue with the NWCFL and the Isle of Man Government and are planning for all contingencies.
Supporters will be advised on decisions in due course.
