Change won't affect Maine Road fixture this weekend (20 nov)
FC Isle of Man's game against New Mills at The Bowl next Saturday (27 November) has been called off.
The Ravens confirmed the update in a short statement after receiving a notice from the North West Counties Football League (NWCFL).
In the notice, the NWCFL says New Mills requested a postponement for 'eligibility reasons' which the league refused.
The league says the request was turned down 'in line with the Covid protocols issued to the clubs in August 2021'.
FC Isle of Man adds it's now awaiting further details pertaining to this fixture.
The news will have no effect on this weekend's game between FC Isle of Man and Maine Road.
That is scheduled to take place as planned at The Bowl tomorrow night (20 November), kicking off at 6.30pm.
Manx Radio will be providing full match commentary of Saturday's fixture on our AM1368 and Digital platforms on the day.
