Manx Rally co-driver Rob Fagg is without a drive as the new season gets underway.
He had been due to compete in the Fiesta Championship with Irish driver Ross Forde who won the Billy Coleman Award last year which gives him a fully financed drive for this season.
With the series due to start this weekend, Rob has found out that he is no longer required as Forde has reverted to his brother to read the pace notes.
It's a major blow for Rob Fagg after a disappointing 2008 campaign which ended when Wyn Humphreys car was stolen from the hotel car park ahead of the Ulster Rally.
The timing of the news doesn't leave much time to find something else for 2009:-
