Darryl Hill 'disappointed' with first poke attempt
A local snooker player says he was "disappointed" with his attempt at the 'first poke' challenge, streamed live on Facebook.
Cueists around the world are taking part in a fundraising competition started by World Seniors Snooker.
In the first challenge of its kind, players place the six colour balls on their spots, swapping the black with the brown, and then lining the red balls up the middle of the table.
The objective is to score as many points as possible without missing - with 147 being the 'perfect score', and the current record standing at 137 from Austrian youngster Florian Nuessle.
