Etchells in action at Canada Heights
10 year old motocross star Jed Etchells is in action in Kent this weekend.
The Braaid youngster is out to defend his second place position in the 65cc class of the Red Bull Elite Youth Cup.
Jed's been a consistent performer this season; he's not finished outside the top five in any race putting him only 21 points behind the leader Alexander Brown.
This weekend's leg takes place at Canada Heights in Kent, so named for the Canadian troops who billeted there during the First World War.
Earlier this year Etchells, who has no full-time sponsor, was picked by the Autocycle Union to represent Great Britain at the FIM Motocross World Championships round in Italy later this summer.
Jamie McCanney is also in action, in the Elite Rookie class, where he's holding third place.
