Erin ready for London Throwdown 2013

Erin Callister has qualified for the London Throwdown, a major European CrossFit competition taking place in London this weekend.

She is the first competitor from the Isle of Man to get to such a level.

Erin faces several high intensity workouts which include Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics movements.

The winner of the contest, which will take place in front of thousands of spectators, will win a top prize of £5,000.
