Tough Mann pulls in the crowds
Tim Dunne won Saturday’s second round of the Summer Promenade Run series in Port St Mary.
He finished the 5km event in a time of 20 minutes and seven seconds, seven seconds clear of Justin Hawley with Philip Caine in third place.
Danielle Coombes was the leading woman finisher in 11th place overall from Natalie Clarke-Smith and Joanne Christian.
Matthew David (38.29) was the winner of the 10km run from Paul Rodgers (38.57) and Mark Burman (39.33).
The leading ladies were Jo Lannon in eighth spot (45.01) from Dee McLoughlin (45.52) and Kate Meechan (46.11).
Oliver Condon and Ellie Cowin were the top junior 2km athletes with Daisy Twizell and Krystina Thompson joint first in the senior 2km run.
Sian Coleman and Simon Dooley took the honours in the 2017 Tough Mann Adventure Challenge.
