Douglas eased past Wallasey 41-12 at Port-e-Chee to consolidate their mid-table position in South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Two.
The visitors led 7-5 at half-time after Matty Climo’s try and conversion cancelled out Will Latter’s opening try for Douglas.
A penalty try early in the second half, converted by Lee Illott, gave Douglas a 12-7 lead and they never really looked back from there.
Ryan Maddox got in on the action with a try and there were further tries from Illott, Karl Markle-Fearns, Mike Hebden and a second from Latter.
Illott also added two conversions for good measure.
Wallasey did get a consolation try from tight head prop Kenny Burton but it just wasn’t enough.
