Warrington v Douglas
After a solid performance at home last week Douglas hit the road to Warrington in North One West this weekend looking for their second away win of the season.
Douglas currently sit in second place in the standings against Warrington’s ninth but even ten games in those placings are a little deceptive.
Seven of Warrington’s ten matches have been away from home and include away wins at Birkenhead Park and Northwich and four losing bonus points.
With more home games to come, Warrington could well be in the mix at the end of the season and this will be a tough outing for Douglas.
The Manx side do however still have the meanest defence in the league and with Carl Murray, Sam Mete and Adam Boyd all on form in the back line, they have plenty of offensive weaponry too.
