Will Keenan and Steve Cleator both bagged braces for Ramsey and there were additional tries from Ali Trace and Chris King.
Robert Todd, Ryan Maddox, Guy Wood and Ben Dutnall all picked up tries for Douglas as they moved to the top of the Manx Bowl standings.
