Free event for coaches on the Island
With some athletes potentially finding their tracksuit waistlines slightly snugger after the festive season, IOM Sport Aid has an ideal class to kick off the new year.
Designed to help develop the quality of coaching for athletes on the Island, all sport coaches are invited to attend 'Diet and Nutrition - The Essentials'.
The talk takes place at St Ninians Lower School on 10 January as part of the academy's coaching education workshops.
