Isle of Man Cricket Development Officer Gareth Dawson is leaving for pastures new.
He will depart from his role in March to take up a post in Gibraltar after six years on the Island.
In a statement, Chairman of the Isle of Man Cricket Association Neill Angus states he is pleased with the progress made under Gareth's guidance which has seen the Isle of Man climb up the ICC rankings.
He says Gareth's departure offers an opportunity to reappraise the structure and direction of Cricket on the Island and would appoint a successor after that process.
Manx Radio Sport approached Gareth Dawson but he wished to make no comment.
