The Isle of Man Sporting Excellence Programme will be launched at the National Sports Centre this morning (Saturday).
The partnership with Kelly Holmes Education brings together the Island's Commonwealth Games Association, Isle of Man Sport and the Coaches Association.
Over 50 competitors and 30 coaches from a wide range of sports are set to benefit from the education scheme.
Double Olympic Champion athlete Dame Kelly Holmes says she's delighted to be helping Manx sport and feels coaches have a big part to play in success stories:
New Year's fell race to take place in St John's
Rugby: Hopes for more Manx sides in local competitions in future
Football: More 'joined-up' approach sought between FA and Manx clubs
