Stage two of event will see competitors face 7km circuit at Ellerslie
It's day two of the 2023 Isle of Man Youth & Junior Cycling Tour today (29 April) with the first of two road circuit races in two days.
Those from the Under 8/10 category up to the older juniors will navigate a 7km route in the Ellerslie area, starting at 9.30am this morning.
The event as a whole has been a place for some of the Island's elite cyclists to make a name for themselves over the years including Mark Cavendish, Peter Kennaugh, Lizzie Holden and Anna Christian.
However, cycling development officer, Rob Holden, says for the young riders this year it's not always about having to have big success early in their careers:
Road closures will be in place between 9am and 2pm and then again from 3pm until no later than 6pm - details of those are listed below:
