Games in Glasgow conclude later today (2 August)
Athlete, David Mullarkey will be the Isle of Man's flag bearer at the closing ceremony of the 2026 Commonwealth Games tonight (2 August).
On Tuesday this week (28 July), Mullarkey earned the bronze medal in the Men's 10,000m Final - the Isle of Man's only medal of the games in Glasgow so far.
Furthermore, it was the Isle of Man's first Commonwealth Games medal since 2018 and the first ever won by a Manx competitor in athletics at the games.
Tonight's closing ceremony of the 2026 Commonwealth Games is due to take place at The Hydro on the Scottish Event Campus from 9pm tonight.
