Cup action in hockey and football

There are two finals in Manx Hockey today (Saturday).

Division One winners Saracens Sabres meet Cammags to decide the winners of the Mixed Plate, with the game starting at the National Sports Centre, at 12.30pm.

Following on from that, at around 2pm, will be the final of the Mixed Cup, between Premier champions Bacchas 'A' and Valkyrs 'A'.

Valkyrs have a good record against their opponents having won and drawn this season's league encounters.

In Football, the Junior Cup semi-finals take place today.

St George's take on Ramsey who knocked out favourites Peel last Saturday.

In the other match, Marown meet St John's at Douglas Road, Peel.
