'Ramsey Rocket' reflects after winning Sportsman of the Year
The newly-crowned Isle of Man Sportsman of the Year says he had to 'dig deep' in 2022 to be able to get back to successful ways last year.
Conor Cummins took the accolade during the latest Isle of Man Sports Awards in Douglas last night after securing two podium finishes in TT 2022.
The 'Ramsey Rocket' also set the fastest ever lap by a Manx rider on the Snaefell Mountain Course last summer.
Whilst the year ended in success, Cummins told Manx Radio it was a really tough task at times to get there:
Multiple Manx athletes taking on 2026 Spine Race events
Burscough to be FC Isle of Man's latest visitors
Hockey: 2026 season to get underway this weekend
Rugby: Douglas looking to get back on track against Burnage
