
Cronkbourne won the T20 Finals on President’s Day at Tromode yesterday.
In the semi-finals they beat Ramsey, while Peel and St John’s defeated Crosby.
In the final the western club were dismissed for 66 with Ally Slack taking three wickets while Sam Kebbell, Alex Stokoe and Max Stoke each claimed two wickets.
Cronkbourne knocked off the runs in nine overs, mainly thanks to a lively 37 not out from David Smith.
President Martin Webb presented the trophy to Cronkbourne.
The Man of the Day award went to the Saint’s Dan Hawke who top scored for his side in the final and in the semi took five wickets, including a hat-trick.
