
Ballabeg Rugby player Phil Cringle says he can't wait to get stuck into a second Six Nations campaign.
Earlier this week, he was selected for the Scotland Under-20 squad for the tournament for the second year in a row.
The Scots open their campaign away to Ireland on Friday 31st January.
